• the homie fans happens in the loop
• at the start of the loop the following occurs
  • the homies shall gather to determine the order
  • the order will be saved
• during the loop the follwing occurs
  • each homie adds 20 dollars to the pot each month
  • every 3 months the homie will be nominated in the order
  • the nominated homie must blow the pot on a thing
  • the nominated homie is god on how the pot is used their voice is thunder, their word is law
